It has been 16 months and 15 days since our last post. We feel compelled to appologize, but have reaized that an appology would not do justice to the valuable insight we have gained during our time away from all of you. This time away has brought about a new direction...... Away from the specific subject of Tequila and much closer to the amazing subject of Agave. Agave as a nectar, syrup, ingredient, culture, healthy sweetener, magnificent plant and crop that is growing in popularity more and more all of the time. So..... our reverance for Agave has not gone away. It has simply shifted in a very enthusiastic and natural way. We invite you to read our posts as we set off in a new direction. Our quest continues!
